Nadine and Tyron together again

THE love team of Nadine Samonte and Tyron Perez started in “Starstruck 1″ last year. Tyron really wooed Nadine but she was subsequently paired with Oyo Boy Sotto in two soaps, “Ikaw sa Puso Ko” and “Leya,” and the film “Forever My Love,” so Tyron had to back off.

Now, they’re together again in “Say That You Love Me” and they form a love triangle with Ara Mina’s sister, Cristine Reyes. “I was surprised when GMA Artist Center told me Mother Lily was getting me to do two films, both with Tyron as my partner,” says Nadine. “Aside from ‘Say That You Love Me,’ we’re also paired in the ‘Multong Bakla’ episode of the trilogy, ‘Happily Ever After.’ At first, I thought they’d pair me with Dion Ignacio, who was also linked to me, pero kay Tyron pala and it’s okay by me kasi kasundo ko na talaga siya.”

So, what can she say now that Oyo Boy is being linked to Angel Locsin? “Okay lang. He was very nice to me when we worked together but I’m not really prepared yet to have a serious relationship. Tyron knows that too, kaya nga may iba na siyang girlfriend, si Chari Pineda, who worked with me in ‘Ikaw sa Puso Ko.’ Our love team is for the movies lang and I guess tanggap na ‘yon ng fans namin.”

Nadine got raves when she played the young Amalia Fuentes in “Magpakailanman.” She was also nominated as Enpress new movie actress for “Forever My Love.” Many writers believe that given the right breaks, she’ll make it big in local showbiz.
