Most expensive toy: Still in giddy mode, director Mac Alejandre says he can’t thank GMA enough for having handed him his most expensive toy ever.
“We directors like to play as we create. Every project is a toy, which we enjoy tinkering with as much as we can,” Alejandre spoke of his creative process.
Not every director, he says, gets a crack at a big, ambitious teleserye as “Amaya.” Considering its wide expanse and all, it is something usually reserved for the big screen.
